It includes information regarding how we travel in it, what it is, the history of our exploration, and more. There are flaps to lift up, pockets to pull things from, wheels to spin, and just so much that children can do while viewing and reading the pages. Made from sturdy cardboard, and laminated to protect the colorful imagery. If you are a Christian parent you'll have to be mindful of the "Big Bang Theory" talked about in parts of the book. Use this as an opportunity to reinforce with your child, that God created the universe instead, in a planned out and loving manner. This book is great for younger ages as well. We chose the 9-12 age range but it is versatile for younger children too.
